Boot Camp


Boot Camp includes a series of classes that are specialized to target several body parts with fun and challenging exercises. This workout offers a tough and unpredictable experience that is sure to keep you and your body guessing what’s coming next. The theory behind this method is that if the body never knows what’s coming, it can never adjust and you will see more results over a longer period of time.


Each instructor has been handpicked by the Boot Camp Guy and has been encourage to use their creativity to create challenges to prepare your body for any physical obstacle you may encounter in your everyday life, like climbing a flight of stairs.


From the NFL athlete to clients that are desperately searching for a fat loss remedy and has never worked out before, our system has proven to be challenging and affective at every level. Wherever you fit in, we will encourage you to push yourself to your limit and when get there, we will take you a little further each session.

Boot Camp

This is our signature program instructed by a certified personal trainer. Get ready to work! This class incorporates many different exercises from the creativity of the instructor on duty.

Butt/Gut Buster


One hour spent on abs and everything below the waist. This class focuses on making your waistline small while creating more tone and definition in the butt and legs than you have ever seen before!


Upper Body Burner


One hour spent on abs and everything above the waist. Prepare to spend the duration of class getting your upper body sculpted.


Boot Camp Total Body Workout


Every body part will be worked within 60 minutes from head to toe. No holds barred and all bets are off for this class! Two different exercises for every body part and three sets per exercise in 60 minutes.


Boot Camp Battle of the Bands


This class is instructed only using resistance bands for the duration of class.


Body Weight


No weights of any kind accept your own body weight. This class is not only designed to challenge you in class, it's meant to give you the knowledge to work yourself out at home or if you can't make it to class and don’t have any equipment.


The Core


Named after the beloved Marine Corps, this class is instructed using a standard stability ball, engaging the core with every body part that’s worked.


Group Exercise


As 2010 progresses, you can expect to see the following class at one or both of our locations:
Step Aerobics, Power Step, Kettle Bell, Power Flex, Salsa Aerobics and more.

Yoga

Our yoga classes work out the body with slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise, become "one with the universe". *Must bring a yoga mat.

Pilates

Our Pilates instructors will be sure to get your body "summer ready" with classic Pilates movements. Get that core tight, gain flexibility and movement while you get your body swimsuit ready! *Must bring a yoga mat.


Cardio Kick Boxing/High Energy Aerobics


Instructed by a team of high energy instructors and lead by nationally recognized group exercise expert Crystal Hill.  These motivating classes offer high energy and low impact exercises and are guaranteed to burn the unwanted calories off!


C&C Fit Factory


This is an energetic combination of an aerobics instructor and an intense personal trainer. Half Boot Camp and Half High Energy Aerobics! This class offers a combination of strength and cardiovascular endurance within 60 minutes. A great choice if you did not have time for cardio and weight training for the week. Get ready to get ripped!


Personal Training


The Boot Camp Guy is fully prepared to train you wherever you are. We will come to your location and bring everything you’ll need or you can come to one of our facilities located on the north or south side of the city of Chicago.


Whether training in a group setting through boot camp or one on one with a personal trainer, our goal is simple and still the same……get you your results fast! In order to ensure that we do everything in our power to make you are our next success story, you will initially be evaluated personally by the Boot Camp Guy. He will take measurements; weight and body fat and administer a brief fitness exam to determine your capabilities at no charge to you.


We stand by all of our personal trainers and their abilities. To show this commitment to excellence, the Boot Camp Guy has decided to give the only personal training program in the Chicago land area that comes with a life time warranty! If you spend 12 or more consecutive months with any trainer for one on one personal training and get to your desired weight, we will train you for free if you ever gain the weight back until you reach your desired weight again!


Since we don’t believe in diets you will be asked to create a food journal for our nutritionist Katie Speh of Southtown Health Foods. This list will include a list of items you like to eat, the good and the bad and will be use to create an eating plan that is more realistic for your lifestyle.  Katie's goal is the help minimizing the bad while capitalizing on the good things you already eat while focusing on coupling your diet and supplementary needs with your fitness training. Whether it’s determined that you need a simple vitamin or an entire prepared diet with meals delivered to you prepared by Chef Eric Paul of Alter EatGo, we will make sure that you are set up for success. In addition, you will receive unlimited boot camp and group exercise classes at either of our facilities free of charge.


Small Group Training


This is the perfect way to get personal training without the personal training prices! Train with a group of 3-8 people and get the attention you need as well as camaraderie that is sure to motivate you to push yourself even harder than you would when working out alone. Gather a group of friends and loved ones of your own or we will assign you to an already existing group that might have similar available times in their schedules. Your group will be consulted on your fitness needs and a schedule will be devised to best suit the entire group and the assigned trainer.


Because our primary goal is for you to achieve optimal results, we want to extend every avenue of our services to you. With every week of small group training that you are enrolled for (minimum 2 sessions per week for two weeks), you can attend one boot camp or group exercise class for free! Incorporate these extra classes into your workout regimen and obtain results faster than you anticipated.
