The Boot Camp Guy has transformed my life. At first, I just worked out and continued eating what I wanted with little discretion and I started seeing results. I figured if I changed my diet, I’ll see even greater results and indeed I did. But what was surprising was that others saw the transformation as well. I feel Great about myself, my accomplishments, but especially about the Boot Camp Guy. I love the various classes and the range of times I can select from for my workouts. I like being able to talk to Chris about certain areas I want to work on and his guided instructions. He pushes you to do your personal best each season and it’s done with care for the human spirit. I have more energy and more confidence in my ability to give it my all. I’m starting to shed the big clothes and now I'm actually wearing clothes that accentuate me. His team of instructors are phenomenal! They show that they care while they still take you to the next level. This has been a True Workout Experience!!! Thank you Chris, The Boot Camp Guy!!!

The Boot Camp guy classes are unlike anything I do myself at the gym; totally different from my normal routine. Within 3 months with The Boot Camp guy, I've lost 15 pounds, trimmed down and am much more cut. My abs are flatter and more defined, and my arms are more toned. Classes are intense and just the push I needed to step it up a couple of notches.

Chris is a great motivator who will push you through the pain to get the end result. I took classes for almost a year and I lost pant and shirt sizes and felt so much more comfortable with my body. I could see my measurements shrinking and my confidence increasing! Thanks to all the cardio I was able to go on hiking and climbing activities on my honeymoon and was not huffing and puffing like most of the other participants!

I started going to The Boot Camp Guy in February 2009. Within the first month, I had lost 13 lbs. I consistently went to classes for the next few months and lost an additional 15. Not only was I losing weight and gaining muscle, I was gaining back the self-confidence that I once had. Every single class was completely different and challenging! My muscles never knew what was coming next! With the tools (exercises and fitness tips), I learned from Chris, I was able to lose an additional 20 lbs and have been able to keep the weight off. Without the confidence and tools I gained from The Boot Camp Guy, I know I would not have been able to complete my first half-marathon in April and run a second in August! The Boot Camp Guy is AMAZING!! It really does work! I wish I still lived on the South Side so I could attend classes, I miss it!!

“I started boot-camp over a year ago with soon to be sister-in-law to get our bodies in shape for her wedding. I can’t believe how drastic my body has changed and is still changing. I was going to the gym 5x a week doing the regular boring routines before I discovered boot-camp. When I started boot-camp, my waist was 32 inches, and now it is 26 inches. Since coming to Chris (March 2010) I have lost 46 pounds and went from a size 14-16 to a size 8! I can't believe I wear a size 8!!! I have more energy than I have ever had before, my blood pressure and colesterol have gone down, and my energy level has sky rocketed, not to mention the inches have melted off! I am no longer the fat girl in the corner eating cookies and cupcakes, and I actually got refered to as the "skiny brunette" That was such an amazing complament and drives me to push myself further. Although I have not reached my final goal yet, I am confident that i will get to that point with the help of Chris and the Boot Camp Guy!! They have helped me change my life and I am forever grateful for that. I will be a client of his forever!!

Bootcamp is hard work but it is well work but is well worth it!!!!! I have dropped 4 dress sizes. Still a long way to go to reach my goal but well on my way.

My weight loss journey began at the doctor’s office. I got on the scale and it read 386 lbs. My doctor told me that I needed to lose weight, and if I didn’t I would be a perfect candidate for high blood pressure and diabetes for the rest of my life. Her words motivated me to want to lose weight. I knew I had to find a way to lose weight but I didn’t know which route to take. While talking with my sister one day, the topic of weight loss came up. She mentioned The Boot Camp Guy and how he helped people lose weight through diet and exercise while keeping it interesting. I joined the program in January 2010 at the starting weight of 386 pounds. It is now May, and I have lost 66 pounds. I have dropped 2 pants sizes and I feel great. Not only do I attend boot camp, but my sister, sister in law, and friend have all joined in the program. I attribute my weight loss, and my new healthy life style to Chris Brown and the rest of the staff at Boot Camp.
