I joined boot camp close to a year and a half ago.  I had been working out to P90X, but still wasn’t really seeing the results I wanted.  My first boot camp experience was definitely memorable.  I had never felt that pushed or motivated during a workout.  Chris had us sprinting outside with a medicine ball lifted above our head.  From then, I have been hooked.  I have lost over 10 pounds and I am starting to see definition in my arms, my abs, my legs, and my shoulders.  I know that I could not have done this without “The Boot Camp Guy.”  He is friendly, but still pushes you to reach your goal.  Because of boot camp, I have longer endurance while I am running and I am much more confident in myself as well.  A year and a half later, I don’t think I have been to the same boot camp class twice.  He mixes up the classes so your body is always working out different muscles.  Anyone looking to challenge themselves and receive support while doing so, should definitely join boot camp!
