When I started The Boot Camp Guy in the April of 2011 I struggled through the classes and thought I would never be able to get into shape. I was tired within the first 5 minutes of the classes. Chris would push me to the end and although I did not change my eating habits I was still seeing results. As I continued going the classes were getting easier and I was losing weight and gaining confidence. The Boot Camp guy offers a variety of different classes with different trainers. I have belonged to many gyms before and I get bored of the classes within a few weeks and stop going. I actually get excited to come to The Boot Camp Guy because every class is different and I feel awesome about myself when I leave. The trainers at The Boot Camp Guy will quickly get you into shape. Before I came to The Boot Camp Guy I was always tired and never felt like doing anything and since I have been coming I have so much more energy.  Since August of 2011 I started eating better and continued going to The Boot Camp Guy and seeing awesome results. I lost 9 pounds in the first month and continue to lose weight. All together I have lost a total of 22 pounds, 13.5 inches and 2 dress sizes and with the help of The Boot Camp Guy I plan to lose about 30 more pounds. If you want to lose weight as well as become much more confident I would highly recommend coming to The Boot Camp Guy!
