I started boot camp for the simple reason that I was getting a free week, so why not. I heard about it through my girlfriend Kim, who works as the business assistant for The Boot Camp Guy. As for a little background history, I am and 5’7”, 150 pounds, and 24 years old. I have never worked out in my life, and was feeling as though my body needed a transformation. I did my first “free week”, and loved it, and have been addicted ever since. Initially I did not know what to expect. The boot camp workouts are so structured and organized that it was hard not to become addicted. I try and work out 3-4 times a week. I started seeing and feeling results almost immediately. Although I’ve only lost 10 pounds, I’ve gone from a size 8 to a 6, my clothes fit better, my body feels tighter, and I even noticed the double chin start to slip away. I also have noticed a change in me. I am happier and have way more energy. For those of you who think that you can’t do it, because it is too fast pace, or won’t be able to do the exercises, believe me you can. I am one of the most uncoordinated people, just ask Chris, and I still go for it.
