I started going to The Boot Camp Guy in February 2009. Within the first month, I had lost 13 lbs. I consistently went to classes for the next few months and lost an additional 15. Not only was I losing weight and gaining muscle, I was gaining back the self-confidence that I once had. Every single class was completely different and challenging! My muscles never knew what was coming next! With the tools (exercises and fitness tips), I learned from Chris, I was able to lose an additional 20 lbs and have been able to keep the weight off. Without the confidence and tools I gained from The Boot Camp Guy, I know I would not have been able to complete my first half-marathon in April and run a second in August! The Boot Camp Guy is AMAZING!! It really does work! I wish I still lived on the South Side so I could attend classes, I miss it!!
