I have been going to The Boot Camp Guy for 5 months and have noticed incredible differences in the way I look and feel. I joined the Boot Camp Guy because I wanted a workout regime that was flexible for me and that wouldn’t get boring. With a variety of different workout options throughout the week at all different times, all of the classes keep me working hard to achieve my results. The instructors do a great job of keeping me motivated to work hard throughout the entire hour and the fast paced workouts ensure that I am reaching my max potential.  Signing up for the classes is also a great way of making sure I actually go to the classes and don’t skip. Throughout these 5 months, I have lost two dress sizes; I have toned my body and have more energy than I’ve had in years! I would recommend The Boot Camp Guy to anyone and everyone! The classes are exciting and will keep you moving and feeling amazing!
