The only reason I started attending The Boot Camp Guy was because my sister and our friend needed another member to form a personal training group.  The thought of doing anything titled “Boot Camp” didn’t sound “fun” to me, but I decided to give it a try.  I am so glad that I did.  Before joining, I worked out by jogging outside or on the treadmill.  Not only was it boring, I was not seeing many results.  Now after just 6 weeks, I have seen my body transform, losing 4% body fat, almost 2 inches in the waist and an entire dress size.  Not only do I look better, but I also feel better.  I have more energy and confidence.  Other people are noticing, too.  A friend at work recently told me that not only did I look thinner, but I appear more confident, as I walk down the hall.   My concerns about “fun” are gone.  I enjoy the personalized attention, working out with other people, and, the best part is, no two workout are ever alike.  I never get bored, and I am fitting into jeans that have been sitting in my closet for years.
