We don’t believe in weight loss gimmicks, fads and know that it’s going to take motivation and hard work to help you get it done. Our trainers will identify each fitness level, separate the group and modify the exercises to fit your fitness level. We specifically designed our classes to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and skill. Our Trainers are able to identify a client’s fitness level and adjust the workout accordingly real time. With prices starting at $5 per class, this ever changing, circuit training, fat burning workout has proven to be a great value and unmatched by any of our competitors.
Founder, Chris Brown, has 13 years of professional fitness experience teaching clients how to reach their personal fitness goals through nutrition, exercise and hard work. As a certified personal trainer and former United States Marine, he knows how to structure a plan to meet your specific personal needs.

How do I create an account?
Log onto www.thebootcampguy.com and click the “Enlist Now” button in the center of the page. Fill out the required information and click the “Submit” button and you will be contacted within two hours and scheduled for your first free week of classes. Yes, it’s that simple!
How do I sign up for my free week of classes?
In order to attend one of our classes, you will need to create a user account, which will be explain in a detailed email after you have enlisted for your free trial. To schedule future classes, every client is required to make a reservation for the classes in which they would like to attend. Space is limited and any cancelations must be made at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If the class is full, you can still register, but will be placed on a waiting list. If we receive a cancelation, you will be added to the class no later than 1 hour prior to start time and sent an email or text message confirming the reservation. How do I purchase classes/sessions?
You can review the packages that we offer and purchase classes by going to the “Rates” tab of our website. Purchased packages expire at the end of each month (Unless purchased after the 20th, otherwise 30 days from the date of purchase). We do offer specials and promotional rates at various times of the year so keep an eye out for our emails and ad us as a friend on Facebook from the home page!
How do credits work?
After you purchase your desired package, within 12 – 24 hours you will receive the amount of credits for classes that you purchased updated in your account on the website. Credits are used to create the reservations for the classes that you would like to attend. Once you have received them, you will be able to go onto the calendar and make the reservations that you wish. When you enlist, you will receive 3 credits automatically to use for you one fee trial.
How do I check or add more credits to my account?
You can check the amount of credits that you have when you log on to your account or by contacting our Customer Service. You can add more credits to your account by purchasing more classes online. Email email@example.com or call 888-498-4777, Ext 2 to check the status of your account.
How do I reserve a class?
Log into your account on the website. Please take a moment to review the calendar and classes offered. Click on the date/time that you would like to attend and click the button “Create Reservation.” Input the necessary information. You will receive a confirmation email instantly confirming your appointment and a reminder 24hrs prior to your scheduled class.
Please note, if the reservation is not considered a free class, payment must be received and processed for you to receive registration credits to be used on the calendar. Payments can be made by going to the “Rates” tab from the home page. Please allow 12-24 business hours for credits to be applied to your account. Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the status of your account.
Do my credits expire? When?
Unused credits expire at the end of each month unless purchased after the 20th of the month. If purchased after the 20th, credits expire 30 days from the date of purchase. To check the exact date of your credits’ expiration, please email email@example.com.
What are my payment options?
You are more than welcome to purchase classes by going to the “Rates” tab of our website. Here you will be able to purchase credits online. You may also bring a check to class. In this case, you will need to contact our Business Assistant and fill out a class order form.
What do I need to bring with me to class?
We do have classes that require specific equipment, however that will be provided to you. We do recommend bringing a water bottle, towel and yoga mat for your comfort. Other than that, bring yourself and a good attitude!
When do I need to join the program/ Is there open enrollment?
We are an open enrollment program. There is no seasonal or long-term duration of classes. Each class is a stand alone session and may be attended at any time.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, our clients need to be 15 years of age or older.
What fitness level is the boot camp designed for?
Our boot camp classes are designed to train the advanced athlete as well as the out of shape regular person in the same room at the same time. We encourage everyone to go at their own pace and push yourself just a bit further each class you attend. All of our exercises are designed to get results in every body part to give you a completely fit body.
