Personal Training, Boot Camp and Group Exercise

The Boot Camp Guy is a fitness program designed to service clients with a more intensified and interactive workout for the purposes of burning calories and unwanted fat fast! The boot camp setting engages our clients to participate in a range of classes that are never the same.Our goal is to provide clients with a fun and energetic complete body workout for prices as low as $5.00 per class.

Experience fitness with your own Motivator on a one on one bases arranged around your busy schedule. Clients have the option to do 30 minute or one hour sessions, both of which come with free classes to be taken in conjunction with your Personal Training package and access to our online meal planning software.
Small Group Training
Fitness with friends and family is sometimes the best way to stay motivate and hold each other accountable. Each small group consists of up to five members of your choice and the organizer of the group attends the sessions for FREE with five members. Each member of the group receives free classes with the purchase of the Small Group Training package and access to our online meal planning software. Split the cost of this package five ways within the group and pay less!
This is our signature program instructed by a certified personal trainer. Get ready to work! This class incorporates many different exercises from the creativity of the instructor on duty.
One hour spent racing through hills and sprints burning anywhere between 700-1500 calories, depending on how hard you push. Train your cardiovascular system, build leg and core strength and ramp up your metabolism with these indoor cycles.
Kids Boot Camp
This is a great way to teach your kids how to live a healthy, happy and lean lifestyle. This class includes cardio drills, light weight and body movements while teaching them to have body awareness and work on their motor skills form ages 6 – 17. Bring water and mat. Parents are welcome to stay and participate for free. Price: 4 for $40 for kids.
60 minutes spent doing cardiovascular drills and ab work in 30 second intervals! If you are looking to seriously trim the waistline, but don’t like to run on treadmill, this is a sure way to get in the necessary cardio and abdominal exercises to see a difference. These 30 drills will not only challenge you, but each is different throughout the entire hour and will keep your mind and body guessing what’s coming next!
One hour spent on abs and everything below the waist. This class focuses on making your waistline small while creating more tone and definition in the butt and legs than you have ever seen before!
A combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts is a killer combination that keeps you on your toes!. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. Phil’s upbeat music and high intensity has proven to keep you motivated through movement and without lifting any weights.
The first half of class will consist of a 30 second boxing workout circuit(Cardio drills, abs, push ups and some light upper body work) and the second will require the use of boxing gloves that you use to strike the focus mits worn by your partner. Gloves are available but require each person to wear the provided plastic gloves underneath the equipment. Feel free to bring your own if you like.
Super high-intensity 30 second interval training using “all-out” effort with short recovery times that deliver improved aerobic, anaerobic and muscular endurance is one you can’t afford to miss. Sweat is your fat crying and Tabata delivers a super fat burning workout. Don’t forget your towel, water and mat.
Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat strength exercises. Pilates mat work demonstrates that our body can achieve fitness all on its own without any equipment. Using only your own body weight and gravity, the mat work will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Core Core Core!!
This total body workout is one of the hardest classes on the schedule! 30 minutes spent in Boot Camp and 30 minutes spent with in Cardio Kickboxing or Cycling then 15 minutes just on abs. This is our only 75 minutes class on the schedule. Must Try!
Upper Body Burner
One hour spent on abs and everything above the waist. Prepare to spend the duration of class getting your upper body sculpted.
Total Body Workout
Every body part will be worked within 60 minutes from head to toe. No holds barred and all bets are off for this class! Two different exercises for every body part and three sets per exercise in 60 minutes.
Start off racing through the hills with an intense 30 minutes of cycling and finish with a boot camp workout using weights, resistance bands and stability balls.
